National American is a regionally accredited, for-profit, multi-campus institution of higher learning. The Company offers academic programs to students through campus-based and online instruction. National American provides Associate, Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in business and healthcare-related disciplines (57 degree and diploma programs). The Company currently enrolls ~8,000 students. National American University Holdings was formerly known as Camden Learning Corporation. The Company was a special purpose acquisition company formed to serve as a vehicle for the acquisition of an operating business.
